I presented my first World Cup Rugby show with Rugby Legend Brent Pope and Joe Harrington of Joe.ie on Saturday. The new show will be on for the duration of the Rugby World Cup 2015. The show will then continue as Riffs and Refs after the World Cup.

Toyota are the main sponsors and we are delighted to have them on board. This Saturday we start from 1pm-3pm discussing Ireland's form and first win, and their forthcoming games. I will be talking with Brent and Joe about Youth Development in Ireland and finding out if "10,000 hrs of practice" really makes you a champion? plus some amazing interviews from sporting greats.
